IT Service Management Training

We offer accredited training for ISO/IEC 20000 and can also arrange bespoke training, focusing on your specific requirements and type of organisation. These courses can be based on service management best practice or ISO/IEC 20000 and aimed at any level from senior management overview, service desk staff or technical staff - or indeed a mix. They are valuable as a way of encouraging the adoption and promotion of service management processes, whether as a precursor to ISO/IEC 20000 certification or as part of a more general service improvement initiative.

Our training focuses on in-house events. We deliberately do not publish an annual schedule of public events although we do provide public courses 'on demand' in partnership with other organisations.
